Over the almost 18 years' existence of the IEF, we can highlight the following, among other success activities and objectives accomplished:

- More than 70,000 professionals from several fields of the sector have participated in IEF training activities.

- Over the last 17 years, the IEF has been offering postgraduate programmes and courses, in Barcelona and other locations, linked to the most highly prestigious professional certifications in Europe , in several bank and finances professional functions.

- It is the only finances education institution in Spain that has participated in Leonardo, Phare and Tacis `projects of the European Union.

- It is the only Spanish member of EBTN ( European Bank Training Network ), the main federation of bank and financial training in Europe ; and of the World Conference of Bank and Financial Institutes. It has had a very important participation in the creation of EFPA ( European Financial Planning Association )

- Its activity has been growing both quantitatively and qualitatively, without resorting to additional contributions other than the initial foundational contribution, and it has constituted its own solid estate structure, with guarantees to carry out new projects and maintain a permanent and high quality offer.
